Tips on Reducing Skin Inflammation Caused by Seborrheic Dermatitis
Hi!
This is advice, not meant to be medical advice. I have found what works best for me and I want to share that info with you! If you have more tips, please send them to hello@beasbayouskincare.com.
- Consult Doctor to Ensure it's SD
- Consider Nizoral Shampoo or similar medicated shampoo. (I use a squeeze-tube to apply this kind of shampoo directly to my scalp and let it sit at least 10 minutes before rinsing and continuing my wash and deep condition routine.)
- Consider adding drops of tea tree essential oil to your shampoo if it's not already in it.
- After a workout, for example, do not let the sweat sit for very long without using your Bea's Bayou Scalp Solution, rinsing, or washing.
