As a pre-wash scalp treatment:
Simply part your hair into equal sections and massage a few drops of oil per section into your scalp. Take 20 to 60 minutes to feel it work its magic before rinsing out and applying our shampoo and conditioner. Can certainly sit overnight if used in thicker amount, meant to rinse out.Â
How to use as a hair oil:
Disperse 1-4 drops and apply to the ends of the hair to smooth frizz and add natural shine to the hair. Start with a small amount and build up as needed.Â

Our Origin Story
Welcome to Bea’s Bayou Skincare! I’m Arielle, the proud founder and creator of this special brand. Bea’s Bayou is named after my Louisiana-born grandmother, Beatrice, and the bayou near her home where I spent countless joyful days as a child. My grandmother was a true nurturer—raising animals, growing fruits and vegetables, baking the best pies in the area, and turning to herbs as natural healers. Her wisdom inspired my mother and now guides me in creating products that honor our heritage.
Living with Seborrheic dermatitis, I know the struggle of feeling insecure about my scalp. Probiotics changed my life internally, and research showed me they could work wonders topically too. Combining microbiome-friendly ingredients with bayou-inspired herbs, I created Bea’s Bayou to help others find relief, joy, and confidence in their skin. What began as a DIY solution to soothe my scalp has grown into a trusted collection of lightweight, herbal, and fast-acting products—thanks to incredible customers like you.
